Pension benefits
We have established a Group Personal Pension (GPP) to enable our people to save in a tax efficient environment and to give the utmost flexibility, portability and control over retirement savings. We match our people’s personal contribution of 3%, 4% or 5% of basic monthly salary into the company’s GPP, with higher contributions for senior roles.

Healthcare scheme
Features of the scheme include:

Dental scheme
As with healthcare, we provide a dental scheme for our people and their partner (upon request). Fees paid to the dentist upon completion of treatment can be claimed up to a set amount or number of treatments.

Employee Assistance Programme
Our people and their household can gain help, advice and counselling either by phone or via the online service, 24hours per day 7 days per week.
Life Assurance
Life assurance is paid to our people’s chosen beneficiary upon death in service. The payment is made at 4 x base salary.
Wellbeing Allowance
We want to encourage a fit and healthy workforce and provide a wellbeing allowance of up to £75.00 per annum per person as a contribution towards health, fitness and wellbeing programmes.
Cycle to Work Scheme
Our people are able to loan / hire cycles and associated accessories as a tax free benefit, through salary sacrifice, via the cycle to work scheme. The bike should be used as transportation to work.
Wellbeing Services
In addition to supporting our people when they become unwell, we are also proactive in looking at ways to keep everyone healthy. This includes offering preventative treatments such as flu vaccinations and health screening.

30 days’ Holiday (in addition to statutory holidays)
To help our people gain an effective work / home balance, we offer 30 days’ paid holiday in addition to the 8 statutory Bank Holiday days in England.
Carry over / Cash Payments
Our people can take up to five days of holiday as a cash payment at the end of the holiday year if they have not used them. Five additional days can be carried over into the next holiday year.
Sabbaticals
Once our people have worked here for more than five years they are eligible to apply for up to three months unpaid leave. This is subject to approval by the individual’s manager. Our people are eligible for a sabbatical once every five years.

Managers are able to support reasonable requests for time off to deal with family or other emergencies.
