~ Unrenew
The unrenew operation is used to cancel a renewal request made for a domain name. The following guidelines apply to the unrenew operation but further documentation is available on our renewal process:
To unrenew a domain name:
- The unrenew operation has a limited timescale during which it will be successful. Renewal cancellations will only be accepted up until the generation of your monthly invoice (midnight at the end of the 7th day in the month following renewal)
- Upon a successful unrenew operation, an email is sent to the registrant of the domain name, notifying them of the renewal reversal.
To unrenew a domain name:
- On the start page, click List Domains. This will load the domain list.
- In the domain list, click on the domain name you wish to unrenew.
- In the domain name view, click Unrenew.
(If the unrenew button is not available, then the domain name is not eligible to be unrenewed). - Verify that the correct domain names are selected, then click Unrenew Domain to unrenew the domain name.
