The Automaton has two email queues used for different sets of operations.
This queue is used for the majority of operations and is accessed by a number of different email addresses.
The main address is applications@nic.uk. This is used by REQUEST, RECEIVE, account MODIFY, contact MODIFY and nameserver MODIFY operations.
LIST operations should go to the address auto-list@nic.uk
Other operations should go to the appropriate address that corresponds to the Second Level Domain (SLD) within which the domain name is registered. The table below lists the SLDs and the corresponding addresses:

Messages to both queues are processed one at a time, in the order in which they were received.
