On the 8th of each month, we send email invoices to registrars unless you have requested paper invoices or are based in a country where email invoices are not accepted.

Examples of the layout of our email invoices are shown below.  Please note that the first example applies to invoices and schedules from 7 October 2008 onwards.  The second example applies to invoices prior to this date.

Your VAT number is displayed in the invoice if appropriate.  The number of items and item cost appear on the same line.  The schedule shows the registration data in the following order:
date range, item price, tag, domain name

In the example from 7 October 2008 onwards, the period length is displayed in the invoice summary section and the date range for each individual domain name is given in the schedule.
