We no longer issue a confirmation of registration letter at the point of domain  name registration or renewal. Instead we issue a 'welcome' email - then invite you to access your account.

Please be aware that if you are changing the registrant name completely, you may need to complete a registrant transfer instead.

The online form must be completed by an authorised representative of the Registrant: a director or company secretary in the case of a registered company; a partner or the partnership secretary in the case of a partnership; or, the individual in the case of a sole trader or individual.

Once you have confirmed the registration details then you can download a presentation certificate.  If you have requested a change to the registrant's name please be aware that this will not change immediately.  The certificate will show the registrant's name as it appears on the register database at the time of printing.  After we have investigated and updated the register you will be notified by email and will then be able to print off an updated copy of your certificate.
