Online Services is a system that allows you to manage your domain names. It is an account based system that requires secure log in using an email address and password.

We strongly recommend that you use your registrar to manage your domain names, but in some instances your registrar may be unable or unwilling to act on your behalf.

Using our Online Services you can:

• Check and update your details
• Download a registration certificate
• Transfer a domain name to a new registrant
• Change your registrar
• Cancel a domain name

If you have more than one domain name with the same registrar you can merge them all into one single account. This simplifies the log in and management of your domain names.

To log in you need to access your account, if you are unable to do so you will need to contact us to ask us to activate your account.
