I have lost my password - what should I do? You can use the password reset service. Your password will be reset and an email will be issued to allow you to set a new password.
My domain names are held with different registrars / tags, can I merge these? No, you can only merge domain names that are with the same registrar / tag.
My registrant (account) names are similar but they will not merge - why is this? A computer calculation is used to determine how similar registrant (account) names are. You will need to enter your account and amend the registrant (account) name to be exactly the same.
I am using the merge facility, but one of my accounts is not listed - why not? This could be for one of two reasons:
1. You are not listed as a contact on this account
2. You are a contact on the account but your email address or password maybe different.
If you are not listed as a contact you will need to contact your registrar or another contact on your account and ask them to add you. And if you are a contact but your email address or password is different, you will need to log into the account and amend these details.
