Welcome email and logging in
When a domain name is registered you will receive a welcome email. Once you have received this, you are invited to log in to your account via our Online Services page.

Forgotten password
If you have forgotten your password, we can send you an email, to enable you to reset your password and gain access
Passwords and additional access
The password you choose is your individual password and you should not share it with anyone else. If you need additional access you can add administrative contacts to your account by editing the contacts listed in your account summary when you are logged into your account.

If you are having difficulty accessing your account, contact us as we may need to activate it manually if it has not been already. To activate your account we need to know the domain name, the registrant name, and the email contact address associated with the domain name.More pages
