Online Services is a system that allows you to manage your domain names. It is an account based system that requires secure log in using an email address and password. Once you are logged into Online Services you can if necessary manage many aspects of your domain name.

We strongly recommend that you use your registrar to manage your domain names, but in some instances your registrar may be unable or unwilling to act on your behalf.

When you register or renew a domain name, you will receive a welcome email from us. This email allows you to log into your domain name account to confirm the details of your registration, and if required, obtain a registration certificate for your domain name.

If you have more than one domain name you can merge them all into one single account. This simplifies the log in and management of your domain names.

We are continually developing our online services in response to customer requirements and will be automating more of our manual systems. Currently, as well as confirming and updating your details, online services allows you to change your registrar. We will be introducing new services such as registrant transfer and others later this year.
