If you wish to change your registrar, you should first of all contact your current registrar who should be able to move the domain name for you. Most requests to move domain names are carried out by registrars themselves, however, in a small number of cases we are asked to intervene because the registrar is either unable or unwilling to assist.
If you want us to make the registrar change for you, you will need to log in to your account and select the 'registrar change' service. Please note that this service will cost £10 plus VAT.
When you are choosing a new registrar, please be aware that a registrar can select a 'registrar change' policy, which relates to whether the registrar accepts registrar changes or not. These policies are as follows:

| For existing customers | The registrar automatically accepts transfers for their existing customers and will also accept new customers using the 'after consideration' process above. |
| Never | The registrar does not accept registrar changes on to their tag. |
