  • Review of .uk Registrar Agreement - Request for Feedback
  • Against a backdrop of increasing stakeholder expectations, an expansion of the internet namespace, and a changing business landscape we are seeking views from stakeholders as part of a review of our .uk Registrar Agreement.
  • Dealing with domain names used in connection with criminal activity
  • Status of issue: It was clear at the January meeting that the issue group did not have a consensus about a proposed policy for domain names used in connection with criminal activity. The Nominet Board received a report that reflected the spectrum of views expressed in the issue group discussions and from wider stakeholder input and decided that further careful consideration would be required prior to deciding Nominet’s formal policy position moving forward. The Executive has been tasked with gathering further information and advice, in advance of developing options on the way forward for the Board to consider later in the year.
