Policy Development Process - Short Track

The Policy Development Process short track is summarised in this flowchart:

This is a simple policy flow in which someone (whether Board, PAB or stakeholder) develops policy and sends it to the Board or PAB. They decide whether it is policy, and if so, it goes to the PAB at their next meeting. The PAB takes a view without need for further discussion and feeds this back to the Board who then make their decision and feed it back to the PAB for information.
