Policy Development with a Working Group or Subcommittee

This is the policy development process where a working group is used.This process is expected to take between 4 and 6 months.

In a change from past practice, a working group or sub-committee cannot start a public consultation, although they could suggest that Nominet does so.

In this flow, the policy can come from a number of sources and the Policy Advisory Board will decided that a Working Group is needed. This group must report back within four months and then PAB will take their recommendation and then make a recommendation to the Board.
