Members can sign up to access the forum in their online service account.
There are two ways within online services that you can sign up for the forum. All members can sign up using the "Your Details" section.
- Log into online service
- Click on Your Details in the top menu
- Click on Your Forums in the second menu
- Enter your username
- Enter your preferred email address (this may be different to your online service account email address if you wish forum notifications to go to a separate email address)
- Check the subscribed option is selected
- Save
You can then log into the forum using the username you have just set up and your online service password.
Alternatively, if you are the administrative user for your account, you can manage the forum subscription for all contacts on your account.
- Log into online service
- Click on Account in the top menu
- Click on Manage Forums in the second menu.
On this screen you can subscribe or unsubscribe existing signed-up users. Clicking the Create or Edit button allows you to view all contacts on your account and to set up their forum access accordingly. Users that you set up can then log into the
forum using their username and the password associated with their online service account.
All forum users will be required to agree to the
forum rules when they first sign into the forum.
