We have a number of discussion lists that are available only to members and registrars as a means of communicating on a variety of subjects.

nom-announce  is used to communicate company statements to the membership.  All members are encouraged to subscribe this list.  An archive of all previous postings is available.

nom-steer is used to debate issues relating to Nominet, the Domain Name System and, in particular, the work of the PAB. Our Board, PAB representatives and our management both read and contribute to nom-steer, although their views should not be construed as official statements.

nom-discuss is used for the discussion of other issues that may be of interest to members but which are unrelated to Nominet's core business.

nom-tech is for the discussion of topics of technical interest to members and registrars.

To subscribe, unsubscribe or set your options on any of these lists, then please click on the name of the list above.

Subscribing and unsubscribing will generate an automated confirmation message that you must reply to before the change is processed.  Once Nominet has received your confirmed request, we will manually vet it in order to authenticate membership.  This may require you to confirm again with a PGP-signed email.  All subscription and unsubscription requests are normally processed within one working day.

Individual services that are in beta may also have a discussion list as part of that beta programme.
