Subscription to our DAC services gives access to both the real time DAC and the time delay DAC.

The real time DAC allows a high volume of domain name queries and responds in real time with a limited amount of information about the domain name being queried. The data returned is:

• Domain name
• Registered flag (Y/N only)
• Detagged flag
• Registration date
• Renewal date
• TAG

Access limits

Access to the real time DAC is provided at a flat rate for all subscribers. Full details are provided in the acceptable use policy, but can be summarised as:

• The maximum query rate is 1,000 queries per rolling 60 seconds recalculated every 5 seconds
• The daily maximum is 432,000 per rolling 24 hours, recalculated every five minutes
• If you exceed the query limits a block will be imposed
