Customer Satisfaction surveys 2012

Nominet are committed to providing all customers with the highest levels of service. To help us achieve this we are launching two customer satisfaction surveys between July and August 2012 to measure the level of satisfaction in the support services that we offer.

The surveys are being carried out by an independent market research company called The Leadership Factor, on our behalf, with the findings being published once the research and analysis is complete. By identifying any shortfalls between your expectations and our performance, we can concentrate on areas for improvement. Ultimately, your responses can influence future direction and policy at Nominet.
There will be two surveys, one short telephone survey for Members and Registrars starting Monday 30 July 2012 and the second, a web based survey for Registrants starting Tuesday 21 August 2011.
