This type of research is part of our ongoing renewals activity with registrants and is essential to ensure that we understand what customers want from the .uk domain name system. The research will also help both us, and our registrars, to provide the highest levels of service to customers.

If you have received an email to participate in the survey your assistance is greatly appreciated. Your participation in the survey and the answers supplied are completely anonymous. The results and statistics derived from the survey may be shared with our registrars or made public. We will never share your email address with anybody else.
