We provide a range of services to domain name registrants including registrar change, registrant transfer, domain name cancellation and general customer support.

Our current turnaround times for registrant transfer, domain name cancellation and general customer support will remain the same.  However, with the introduction of our new Online Service we will be aiming to respond to all 're-establish identity' and 'amend account details' requests within one working day of receipt.  Registrar changes will now be completed by registrants themselves using the Online Service.

Our services must be efficient but also secure for domain name registrants. We strive to deal with all requests as quickly as possible whilst ensuring that we always have the correct authority before making any changes to a domain name.

As a domain name registrant you can help us by ensuring that the details we hold for your domain names are correct and kept up to date.

Please note that we deal with all requests in order of receipt.
