We are always interested to hear from our customers and frequently conduct surveys. We regularly measure how satisfied customers are with the services we provide.
This includes a survey of our members and registrars and also customer satisfaction surveys of registrants.
These surveys are usually by email invitation to a broad sample of customers.
We also run consultation surveys on issues of Nominet governance and policy. These public consultations are open to anyone with a view or interest in how Nominet is run and the .uk domain name register is managed.
From time to time we may run research programmes into specific areas of our business and the services we offer. These surveys are also usually run by emailing a cross section of our customers.
