If you are unable to attend the AGM but wish to vote on official business, you will need to complete the online proxy at https://secure.nominet.org.uk/, or, if you have chosen to vote by post, you can return the green proxy form to Popularis in the prepaid envelope provided.  All proxies must be received by Popularis by 10.00 am on Monday 28 April 2008.

1. Log in to the system - your proxy can only be cast by the membership contact, so please log in using the correct account ID and password.
2. Click on the 'Members' tab.
3. Click on the 'Polls' link and access the proxy form by clicking the 'View' button. Your electronic proxy form should be displayed.
4. You must enter your name as the person authorised to appoint a proxy on behalf of your organisation. Complete the form.
5. Click 'Continue' to view your selections.
6. Check your preferences are correct and click on 'Confirm and submit'.
7. You have now appointed a proxy for the purposes of Nominet's AGM 2008.
