This is the acceptable use policy for our ENUM service. As with our acceptable use policies generally, our linking principles apply.

Use of ENUM EPP commands

There are no specific limits set for any commands. However, excessive usage of any commands that puts our systems at risk will be considered as abuse and result in immediate blocking of the tag. This includes but is not limited to:

• Use of the create, transfer and renew commands without a valid VA token.
• Use of the update command without a valid VA token where one is needed.
• Use of the create, delete, update, info or renew commands on ENUMs on another tag.

Simultaneous connections

Each tag is limited to four simultaneous connections to the ENUM EPP service. The IP addresses used by each tag must be set in advance through our online service. If more than four connections are opened then the oldest connection will be forcibly closed.

Further escalation

Tags that necessitate persistent blocking will be contacted and dealt with under the ENUM Registrar Agreement.
