Patricia's particular expertise covers contentious and non-contentious intellectual property, involving patents, trade marks and all other aspects of IP. Solicitor Advocate, conducts own advocacy. She regularly advises clients on strategies for developing and exploiting intellectual property rights, with a particular emphasis on cost effective combinations of intellectual property rights.
