Experience
Tim started his career as a professional web designer and IT consultant. He was then engaged in 2001 as the first full time employee of Demys Limited, a company specialising in Internet intellectual property, where he now leads the technical delivery team. Tim has responsibility for the specialist and operational aspects of the business though which he maintains a first-rate knowledge of Internet systems and infrastructure, including web, email and DNS service provision.
Tim is also heavily involved in Demys' intellectual property division and has advised on Internet IP matters to some of the world's best known brands over the past ten years.

Tim maintains a strong interest in Internet projects; founding a popular UK blog and forum about type one diabetes, he continues to maintain an ecommerce website for his wife's online business. Away from the computer screen, Tim enjoys walking and cycling in the Pentland Hills.
