This document has been prepared and written by the DRS Experts under the supervision of Tony Willoughby, the Chair of the panel of Experts. The Experts have prepared the Overview in order to assist those involved in DRS complaints by summarising the Experts' opinions on common issues relating to the DRS policy and procedure.
