We held our fifth .uk Registrar Conference at
America Square Conference Centre, London on 10 November 2011.
We had an exciting line up of keynote speakers and industry commentators focusing on the digital economy and looking at the challenges that businesses are facing in today’s commercial world.
We explored business growth and demand, reviewed economic trends within the global domain name industry and discussed the impact that these changes will have on your business. We looked at the latest trends and how you can use innovation in staying ahead of the game.
The conference this year also saw the launch of
'The Domain Business' which is an is an evolution of the Domain Name Industry Report, which we published annually, to share information and insight about trends and developments within our area of work. Take a look at the site by clicking on the button.
The day was moderated by
Krishnan Guru-Murthy, who is one of the most familiar faces on British terrestrial television having presented and reported news and current affairs programmes for more than twenty years.
Thank you to everyone who attended and participated in the day. We were delighted that so many members and registrars were able to join us. We hope you found the keynote talks, master classes and panel debates both interesting and thought-provoking.
