Following discussion with our panel of DRS experts we produced a consultation paper(pdf) on proposed revisions to its Dispute Resolution Service. The consultation paper was submitted to our Policy Advisory Board for approval and we then sought the views of wider stakeholder groups.
The consultation period ran from 19 April to 19 July 2004.
